ECON Pneumatic Ball Valve

The ECON pneumatic ball valve is a straight-through ball valve, where the ball only needs to rotate 90° to switch between fully open and fully closed. It is widely used in industries such as chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, power plants, and steel.

Performance Features of ECON Pneumatic Ball Valve
1. High Flow Capacity: This valve offers excellent shut-off performance. When fully open, the flow path is almost the same as the pipeline inner diameter, resulting in minimal fluid pressure loss. It is ideal for shut-off control of various fluids, including liquids, gases, and slurries.
2. Anti-Static Function: Through the push of the spring behind the anti-static steel ball, it ensures tight contact with the ball groove wall, transmitting static electricity generated by friction between the valve ball and seat to the valve stem. Specially designed conductive material in the middle port plate, in close contact with the valve body and stem, further conducts static electricity to the valve body.
3. Excellent External Leakage Prevention: The double-layer butterfly spring device design ensures that the pre-compressed butterfly springs compensate for minor leaks in the valve stem, releasing their pre-compression deformation to re-tighten the packing.
